Goddess Tea supports the female system to help balance hormones, reduce inflammation, restore energy, relieve menstrual cramps and reduce menopause and premenstrual stress symptoms.
Ingredients:
- Raspberry leaf
- Nettle
- Ginger
- Rose hips
- Echinacea purpurea
- Red clover

All ingredients are vegan and organic. All of our products are handcrafted in Bermuda.
How to make tea:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Place 1-2 teaspoons of herbs into strainer, cover the strainer with the boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes. Sweeten if desired. Drink hot or cold.
Makes 36-72 cups of tea.
How to make herbal infusion:
Place 2 tbsp of herbs into a quart size mason jar (32 oz.). Cover completely with boiling water and place lid on.
Steep for 3-4 hours up to overnight and strain. Sweeten if desired. The infusion will keep for 36 hours in the refrigerator.
